The Public Defenders’ Agency is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Although these are the official office hours, because of our small staff, there are times where there may not be an employee present in the office. You can contact the office telephonically to ensure that an employee will be present and to schedule an appointment. In addition there is also a telephone automatic answering service where a message can be left. Our telephone number is 260-636-6688 and our fax number is 260-636-3746. Our e-mail address is jabbs@noblecounty.org. Our mailing address is Courthouse, 101 N. Orange Street, Albion, IN 46701. In the event that you are coming to our office, it is located at 110 E. Jefferson St., Albion, IN. We are approximately one-half block east of the Courthouse. This street is the on the north side of the Courthouse, a block up from the only light signal in Albion.
